Doctor Ana Fernandez
Ana M. Fernandez, D.D.S., a native of the Dominican Republic, attended dental school at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra where she received her Doctor in Estomatology degree. Dr. Fernandez then practiced general dentistry in the Dominican Republic for two years before moving to the United States. Shortly after moving to the U.S., Dr. Fernandez passed the U.S. Dental Boards and was accepted into the Advanced Standing Program at New York University. She graduated from N.Y.U. College of Dentistry and receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Fernandez practiced General Dentistry in West Haven and Danbury before her association with Dr. Michael Egan in 2003. Dr. Fernandez focuses on restorative, cosmetic, implant, family and laser dentistry. She holds professional memberships in: The American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Hartford Dental Society, Hispanic Dental Association and Seattle Study Club of Ct. Dr. Fernandez is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is certified in Invisalign “invisible braces”, Lumineers ultra thin veneers and CEREC single visit all porcelain crowns.
Dr. Fernandez lives in Glastonbury with her husband Ty and daughters Brigette and Gabriella.
